Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer return labels?

We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Guarantee. Please view our full Returns Policy for detailed terms and conditions.

How long does an exchange take?

Once your returned item is confirmed, exchanges are typically processed in 2–3 business days. Sharing the return tracking number with us helps speed up the process.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We primarily ship from our warehouse in Arizona, USA. We also utilize a UK warehouse for processing UK and European Union (EU) orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe. We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine.

Do you ship to Asia?

Currently, we do not ship to Asia.

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Orders are generally fulfilled (processed and prepared for shipment) within 24 hours of purchase.

How long does shipping take?

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days.
  • UK Orders: We offer 24 to 48-hour delivery options.
  • International Orders: 14–28 business days.

Do you accept HSA/FSA payments?

How do I clean my brace?

Machine wash on a normal cycle, then air dry only. Do not tumble dry.

Knee Brace

What’s the difference between the brace with stabilizers and without?

  • With Stabilizers: Features flexible rods on each side for added support—ideal for serious injuries or intense support needs. (Note: These are generally not legal for BJJ competition.)
  • Without Stabilizers: Great for general support, injury prevention, and athletic activity. Still offers excellent compression.

The gel pad is now placed inside the brace for better comfort and stability.

Can I buy one with stabilizers and one without?

Yes, simply add each brace to your cart individually.

Can I choose two different sizes?

Yes. Select and add each desired size to your cart separately.

Are the stabilizers removable?

No, the flexible stabilizers are stitched in for permanent support.

Are these braces left or right specific?

No. Our braces are universal and designed to fit either leg.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, the size chart is available below the price on each product page.

Do you have an instruction guide?

Yes, a tutorial video guide is available upon request via email. Please contact us.

What are the materials?

Our braces are made from Polyester, Nylon, and Spandex using 3D knitting technology for high compression and flexibility.

What’s the weight and thickness?

  • Thickness: 1–2 mm
  • Weight: 220–300g (depending on the size)

Elbow Brace

How does it help prevent hyperextension?

It supports your elbow to limit overextension during training or falls, which reduces injury risk. However, please note that it does not fully prevent hyperextension—use with caution and consult a professional if needed.

Why isn’t there padding on the elbow hinge?

Padding targets the inside and outside of the elbow—common sites for injuries like Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow—without compromising your mobility in the joint.

Shoulder Brace

Is the shoulder brace suitable for women?

Yes, it is universally designed to fit all genders comfortably.

Knee Brace Massager

How do I know when it’s fully charged?

The battery light displays green when fully charged. During use, it turns blue (normal operation) and red when the battery level is low.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 2.5 hours per charge. It features adjustable heat (40–60°C), vibration, and compression levels.

Can I use it while charging?

No, for safety reasons, the massager cannot be used while charging.
